With over 40 years of experience producing architectural plans for planning applications and detailed technical drawings for building control approval, Ken brings extensive knowledge of construction technology and building regulations to every project. Having worked as a Building Control Surveyor for over 20 years before becoming Chartered in 2000, his experience provides clients with confidence that their project is in safe hands.
Known for his meticulous approach, Ken produces highly detailed hand-drawn plans tailored to each client’s requirements. Each project is approached with a unique perspective informed by an artistic passion for architecture and design to create inspiring spaces that improve the quality of life for our clients.

Check 12Do you submit the planning application for me?
Yes. As well as drawing up your plans, we can submit your application to Planning and Building Control for you, and guide you through every step of the process.
Do I need planning permission?
Not always. Some work can go ahead without a full planning application, for example under permitted development or the council's prior approval process for larger single storey extensions. We'll explain which consents your project needs.
Do I need building regulations drawings too?
Many projects need Building Regulations approval even where planning permission isn't required. We produce detailed technical drawings for building control approval.
Do you take on smaller jobs?
Yes. As well as extensions and new builds, we regularly draw plans for porches, internal alterations, garage conversions and new vehicle access.
Can you help with listed buildings?
Yes. We prepare plans and applications for listed building consent.
How much will it cost?
